Purpose

The purpose of the Resilient Routes is to explore how to support R.N.s in embodying holistic self-care by:

  • introducing holistic self-care concepts,
  • teaching how to use a holistic self-assessment tool,
  • teaching basic holistic self-care practices, and
  • developing holistic self-care plans that are personalized.

Once you register for the 6 week program, you will receive confirmation of registration, and will be contacted personally by us within the next 2 business days to book your dates. At that time you will also receive direct access to the ‘Resource’ sections for each week.
